We made one yeasterday (yeasterday?) yesterday and - guess what - it WORKS! You won't taste a better bread & what's more you made it!

You are now on the slippery slope to bread geekdom. The next downward steps are spelt and sourdough. Be warned by one who has sunk to the lowest levels. Stop now before all is totally lost!
