"heavenly labials in a world of gutturals"
My guess is it's THE GO-BETWEEN or some 70s version of Edwardian. Not sure about that blue ball/oon(?) though... Walrus
Jack Trevor Story, 'Letters to an Intimate Stranger'. The woman is Maggie - the one who broke his heart (I think). Iain Sinclair was my route in to JTS. Ever hear the Radio 4 programme in which JTS mumbles on about his typical day? One of my most treasured recordings. And this is a great book too - great for being ungreat (if you get my drift). Nice to be back in touch.Expect a big post on Zukofsky any minute now.CheersThe C.
